How to apply Aadhar card

 

Applying for an Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) Aadhaar Card is free and simple. You can apply online for an appointment and complete the process at an Aadhaar center.

1️⃣ Find Nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Center

Visit the official UIDAI website and search for a nearby Aadhaar center.

2️⃣ Book Appointment (Optional)

1. Go to the UIDAI website

2. Click Book Appointment

3. Select your city

4. Choose date and time

4️⃣ Enrollment Process at Center

At the Aadhaar center:

1. Fill the Aadhaar enrollment form

2. Submit documents

3. Fingerprint & iris scan

4. Photo capture

You will receive an Acknowledgement Slip with an Enrollment ID (EID).

5️⃣ Download Aadhaar

After 7–15 days, download your Aadhaar online.

2. Click Download Aadhaar

3. Enter EID or Mobile OTP

You will get e-Aadhaar PDF.
